Sarah Hall graduated from the University of Washington with Phi Beta Kappa distinction. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Washington in 1987 and has practiced law for 23 years. She started with one of the largest firms in the Pacific Northwest and later became a partner in a smaller King County law firm. She has practiced in Whatcom County for the past 5 years.
She is admitted to practice before all State courts, including the Washington State Supreme Court. She also is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for both Western and Eastern Washington and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Sarah is married and has two children.
